  • Talk It All Soundbox is an audio assisted smart Fintech IoT device which provides instant notifications when you receive a payment. It is a small portable speaker for giving instant payment alerts, it comes with a SIM based connectivity.
    When a customer makes a UPI, Credit, Debit or Online payment by scanning any QR code the Sound box will notify you of successful payments.
    It makes annoncement in sweet voice loudly  & display the transaction in the LED display by speaking the transaction like a human assistant.

  • How can I change the language of the Soundbox?

  • How the Sound Box work?

    Your soundbox will announce successful payments received on your any supported QR code by announcing the amount loudly. 
    This device can be easily mapped with any supported QR and all payments received on scanning the QR, it will be displayed & announced. Customers can pay through Wallet, UPI, Net Banking and even through the other payment apps.

  • Can I use my own SIM in the Soundbox?

    Yes you can use your own SIM. For best connectivity we recommend to use any 2G SIM provided by Airtel, VI (idea), Vodafone, BSNL with incomming validity. You can use a new SIM card & inform us by of the new SIM & phone number via Whatsapp message to +91-7014972004 as per the steps mentioned in setup manual. Our soundbox does not support with Jio Volte SIM card, so do not use JIO SIM card.

  • What to do if my Soundbox is not charging and has battery problems?

  • Does sound box announce failed/pending transactions?

    No, your device will notify you about successful transactions only. 

  • My sound box has been damaged. What to do now?

    Please send us an email on talkitallnow@gmail.com Please attach a photo and video of the damaged parts and explain the damage. Our executive will help you with the same process. Please read our Return & Refund policy for more details.

  • Does warranty cover physical damage?

    No, physical damages or damages done due to liquids are not covered under warranty. Please read our Return & Refund policy for more details.

  • Can I replay the last transaction on my Soundbox?

    Yes, you can listen to past transactions by pressing the replay button.

  • How do I order my Soundbox device?

    To order your Soundbox, visit our website and from the product page you can order it online. Your ready-to-use Soundbox will be delivered at your doorstep.

  • How does the delivery process work?

    We share a tentative delivery time frame gereally 3-5 business days depending upon your location, when the order is placed on the email with the invoice and order details.
    Once our system process your order, your product is inspected to ensure they are in a working and good condition.
    After the product pass the final quality check, they are packed properly to avoid damages & handed over to our trusted shippping delivery partner.
    Our shippping delivery partners gets the package to you at the earliest. If they are unable to reach your provided shippping address, at a suitable time, they will call you to resolve the issue.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    We mostly dispatch most of the orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

    • Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products may need customizations so that we can live up to our promise of providing custom products per your order.The same dealy if any will be conveyed to you.
    • While we try our best to avoid such dealy in situation, custom products might delay your order.
    • If you are ordering from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will try to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of order date..

  • How are items packaged?

    We package our products in cardboard boxes, which are covered in a plastic layer. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap to ensure they are safely secured with additional bubble wrap if required.

  • What is the range of locations to which Talk It All ships their products?

    We ships throughout India.

  • My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will get an email with all the details of the delivery partner along with their tracking number to track your order. The status of your package can be tracked 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

    We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. India shipping charges - A flat Rs.150 charge is applied to all orders equal and below Rs.4000. The same is also shared with in the invoice shared on your email.

  • Do you ship outside India?

    We currently ship only within India. For bulk quantity please contact us on +91-7014972004

  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

    We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery payment option. But we may in future so stay tuned!
